To conduct activities promoting the Eight-Sheet Outdoor Advertising medium, locally, regionally and nationally. 

To encourage the establishment and maintenance of high standards within the Eight-Sheet and outdoor industry with regard to structures, facilities, services and overall business practices.
 
To develop, maintain and disseminate useful information relating to the Eight-Sheet and outdoor industry. 

To encourage consideration of the interests of the public and the public welfare in the conduct of the outdoor advertising business. 

To engage in those activities which most actively promote the development of Eight-Sheet Outdoor as a high-quality, reliable and consistent advertising medium. 

By registering on this site; I agree to accept and follow the Purposes of the Eight-Sheet Outdoor Advertising Association, as stated above, to the best of my ability.

Annual fees are due and payable May 1st of each year. 

ESOAA membership is from May 1 of one year to April 30 of the next. 

Dues are delinquent on July 31 and membership may be suspended until dues are paid. 

The ESOAA is a non-profit organization and depends on your dues for it’s continued operation.
