Dear Eight-Sheet Operator or Supplier,
It is time, once again for the 2008 edition of the ESOAA’s Rates and Allotments Guide.
This guide is used by agencies and others, to plan outdoor advertising
campaigns, and by media companies to educate and promote eight-sheet
advertising. We hope that you will once again participate in helping us to
publish this much needed and sought out material.
This year we will be offering a new way to send your information for the rate
guide, we are hoping that this will help us to cut down on the few mistakes that
are inevitably made when undertaking such a huge endeavor. This year, thanks to
Billboard Planet you can go to the web site www.esoaa.com, fill out the
necessary forms and submit them electronically.
You will find an advertising/listing rate sheet on the web site as well. If you
wish to be included in the new rate guide, please go to the web site and submit
your information no later than August 15th, 2007. This year we will not be
accepting any forms that are not completely filled out and no substitute forms
may be used. This year we would like everyone to please submit all of their
information, even if it has not changed from last year. If you need hard copies
of forms, please contact Dan Walcott at (574) 267-7003 to have them mailed to
you.
In order to make the guide the most comprehensive manual available, we need your
help in updating our distribution list. Fill out the distribution form with any
businesses that you wish to receive a FREE copy of the publication, any
publications requested after the initial distribution will be charged a $40.00
fee.
Again we would appreciate any help in identifying any new media companies in
your area who might go un-noticed due to recent turn over in the industry. We
would like to include as many media companies as we can to assure a useful guide
for those agencies requesting it, and also to assure that the guide continues to
be published for the benefit of all outdoor media companies nationally from this
year forward.
For more information on this publication and the ESOAA, please visit our web site at www.esoaa.com.
Best Regards,
David Dean Jacobs
